SHIPPING RATES

Domestic Orders in China.

GFranco Shoes China offers free shipping for online orders delivered to addresses located in mainland China. We also offer free shipping for one exchange. Buyer must pay for postage to mail the shoes or item to GFranco’s China facility.

International Orders.

GFranco Shoes offers flat rate shipping to select countries for online orders of 4 or less dance shoes. Orders for 5 or more shoes will be charged a minimum amount. Once the order is placed, GFranco will invoice the purchaser for any additional postage for order with 5 or more shoes.

PROCESSING TIMES

GFranco Shoes China processes online orders 7 days a week with some exceptions such as holidays. We typically process and package online orders within 2 days from the date an order is placed. Orders with a large number of items may take additional days to process.

GFranco Shoes does not assume any responsible for lost and stolen packages or any delays with shipping an order or the manner it was delivered after a package is physically transferred from our possession to the possession of the carrier.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are unable to estimate international transit times for international orders because the transit time of a carrier for the country of destination who receives your package from the China carrier is unknown to GFranco Shoes.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. GFranco Shoes cannot determine or estimate the duties, taxes, cutoff fees levied by the country of destination. GFranco Shoes does not charge or collect and is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s importation policies and fees, please contact your local customs office and/or postal carrier. Orders that are refused or otherwise returned to GFranco Shoes for failure to pay customs or duties are not eligible for a refund of any shipping or handling fees.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

An email with the tracking number will be sent to you once your order is processed. In addition to this email, if you established a customer account on our website, you may log into your account to retrieve the tracking number.
